Frances Osei-Akuamoah

Frances is an Assistant Consultant with DAB Consult with expertise in project planning, organising and implementation, business risk assessment, feasibility analysis, industry analysis, gap and options analysis, business planning and strategy, monitoring & evaluation, situation assessment, baseline and impact evaluation. She has been the Operations Support Coordinator for technical teams that have provided consulting assignments to the World Bank, DANIDA, USAID, European Union, AUSAID projects, Plan International Ghana, Action Aid, and Techno Serve Ghana among others.  She is the Coordinator of the DAB Consult thought leadership modules and has been Project Manager for several of our thought leadership modules we have delivered for clients. She has also coordinated, supervised and led some of the major countrywide data collection we have undertaken as well as supervised the data entry and cleaning processes. Frances has a strong analytical skill and she is a good team player, which has enhanced her client relationship management skills.

Frances also worked with Unilever Ghana Limited as Safety Health and Environmental Coordinator, where she was responsible for coordinating all environmental management activities, reviewed and updated the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for monitoring, evaluation and learning.  She also managed data inputs into Unilever Online Airs Web system and provided support for the site’s BeSafE program by collating, assessing and conducting trend analysis. In addition, she implemented Unilever occupational noise management and audiometric testing program, respiratory surveillance program and ensured sustenance of Unilever Zero Non-Hazardous waste to landfill program.

Frances holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Social Entrepreneurship, Catholic University of Scared Heart, Milan, Italy and BSc. Environmental Science, University of Cape Coast. She has also undergone technical training in process management, project management, monitoring and evaluation of key performance indicators and gap analysis, output and outcome verification, value chain integration, business planning, analysis of financial statement and due diligence.
